Data Deletion Instructions

Brooklyn Uprising LLC ("BK UP") deletes personal data upon request, except where we must keep limited records for legal, financial, safety, or security purposes.

Member Account Deletion

Members can request deletion from their BK UP account settings, or contact us by email. We remove personal information within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, financial, safety, or security records.

Instagram Data Deletion

If your Instagram Professional account is connected to BK UP staff tools, you can ask us to delete the connected Instagram account record, stored access token, webhook events, direct message conversation records, comments, automation runs, and captured Instagram contact records associated with that connected account.

You can also disconnect BK UP from your Instagram account in Instagram's Apps and Websites settings or by using the Disconnect action inside the BK UP staff Instagram workspace.

How To Request Deletion

Email hi@brooklynuprising.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include the BK UP account email or Instagram username that should be deleted. We may ask for enough information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
